A monthly newsletter all about Bristol’s Disabled community.

BDEF’s 2025 AGM was an exciting place to be. We had quite a fewpeople say that it was the best AGM (which are known to be quiteboring) they had ever been to!

It was great to see all the Disabled people and allies who gatheredtogether to celebrate our first full year since becoming a neworganisation (from Bristol Disability Equality Forum to BDEF CIO).

It was a jam-packed schedule starting with a jargon buster exercise ledby our member Beth Richards.

What we got up to

You can read our open letter to employers - now available on our News and Stories section.

Thank you so much for our members and allies who joined us and looking forward to seeing you again at our AGM next year.
